How to Apply
Students are admitted to the MSW programs during the Fall semester only. The admission cycle for Fall 2024 will begin on October 1, 2023 .
Application Deadline:
Monday, January, 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Prospective students must submit an application to both the University and the Department of Social Work.

Please read the MSW program application instructions thoroughly prior to starting your application. Application Instructions

Step 2:
Click the link below to apply online to the University. The Cal State Apply Application must be completed, and official transcripts submitted, by the deadline listed above.
For the full-time MSW program, select the major of Social Work (Fullerton Graduate)
For the Flex MSW Program, select the major of Social Work (Fullerton Extension)

Step 3:
Click the link below to apply to the Department of Social Work.
Please ensure you have submitted both applications. One to the University (Cal State Apply) and a second to the Department of Social Work. In order for your application to be considered, both Cal State Apply and the Department of Social Work Application must be completed by January 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
