Welcome to Public Health (PUBH) and Health Science (HESC) Advising!
Advising Hours:
Spring 2023: We will continue to have Virtual Advising through Zoom and Phone Appointments, in addition to In-Person/On-Campus Advising Appointments. This semester we will also have limited Drop-in Advising on Zoom and In-Person (see directions below).
Spring 2023 Advising Hours:
CLOSED: 2/20 – President’s Day; 3/27-31 - Spring Break
Virtual Advising Appointments through Zoom or Phone:
Mondays: 1:00pm-4:00pm
Tuesdays: 10:00am-4:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am-11:00am
Thursdays: 9:00am-4:00pm
Fridays: Closed
In-Person On-Campus Advising Appointments in KHS 193:
Mondays: 10:00am-2:00pm
Tuesdays: None
Wednesday: 10:00 am-1:00 pm
Thursdays: Closed

Drop-In Virtual Advising on Zoom:
When: Thursdays: 10:00am-12:00pm
Where: Zoom - https://fullerton.zoom.us/j/88464432510 (Meeting ID: 884 6443 2510)
How: Log-in to the above Zoom Meeting. You will then be placed into a Waiting Room. If the Advisor is not currently with another student, they will let you into the room. Otherwise, some wait time may be needed as these Advising Sessions are only 1 student at a time.
In-Person Drop-in Hours:
When: Tuesdays: 11:00am – 3:00pm
Where: KHS Student Success Center – KHS 193
How: Walk-in to KHS 193 during Drop-In Hours. Sign-in with the Student Ambassador at the front desk. Have your CWID and question(s) ready for when you are called. You will be advised in order of arrival.

Please note - we advise students NOT to enroll in one section of a course while also placing themselves on the wait list for another section of the same course. Unfortunately the CSUF system will NOT automatically enroll or swap you into the wait-listed course if enrollment spots are freed up by the instructor. Ideally, you should enroll in the available course you are most interested in taking.
