Nicole Torres

Nicole Torres

Hi there! My name is Nicole Torres (she/her/ella), and I am a 9th year part-time student in my undergrad majoring in CAS Elementary Settings. I am involved in several clubs on campus (including Cards for Kids, & I am hoping to make time for CASSA) and am currently the Secretary of the Student California Teachers Association (SCTA) Club on campus. I am still figuring out my career goals, but at this time I am using the CAS practicum courses to help me decide if becoming an Elementary Teacher is really what I want to do. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, spending time with friends and family, creating art whether it is drawing or painting various things (even nail art), and watching shows or movies. I am looking forward to helping however I can!

Provides tutoring for CAS 201, 300, 301, 310,  325A, 340, and 394 as well as general academic success skills (e.g., professional emails, note-taking, writing).
