Drop-in-Advising and Appointments 

CAS virtual advising works best on a computer. Large hand-held devices may work, but phone screens do not allow us to share all interactive features and information. We strongly recommend using a computer for advising.   

CAS offers two types of advising:  

Drop In Advising for All Students (Majors, Minors, Prospective/Interested)

• Drop-in is a 5-10 minute advising meeting for:
  

• • Quick questions

• • Course permits  

• • Major and/or minor changes

• • Referral to needed resources/information

• • Confirming prior advice or existing enrollment  

Advising Appointments  for Majors  

• Current majors can make a 30-minute appointment with their designated advisor. Appointments are for developing advising plans, answering detailed questions, and other in-depth topics.
  
• During high-demand times, such as registration, only drop-in advising is available.

There are two steps to access drop in advising:

1. Log in to Zoom at https://fullerton.zoom.us/j/86856244550  

2 . Sign-in to the drop-in advising queue via  TitanNet. If you need assistance with that process, use this Drop-in Guide.

If you are interested in a CAS minor or are a prospective CAS student, please use this table to see drop-in availability and use the Zoom link to access advising at those times.

Drop-in advising is first-come, first-served. Wait times may vary. Please be patient until it is your turn.    

We regularly notify students of their position in line via chat while they are  in the Zoom Waiting Room. Pay attention to the chat box for these updates.

Drop-In Advising For The Week: 1/26/26 -1/30/26

During the first two weeks of the Spring semester, advisors will be available for drop-in advising only; appointments will be available starting Week 3.
