Academic Notice

 

PROCEDURES/ACTIONS

  • New students that are placed on Academic Notice are required to complete the RESET course and meet with their Retention Specialist.
  • Students that are on Continued Notice are required to complete the RESET course. It is recommended they meet with the Retention Specialist but not required. 

 

*Students should check their email for invitation to participate in the RESET course.

*A registration hold will only be placed on a student's account if they have not completed RESET.

 

What can I do to have my hold removed?
The College of Health and Human Development is here to support your educational journey.  Please reach out to your Retention Specialist.

This course will address policies related to Academic Notice and provide actions you can take now to regain Good Academic standing.

Step 2) Wait to meet with Advisor

Your Retention Specialist will contact you via your CSUF email address during the first few weeks of the semester to set up an appointment.
