Pre-Allied Health Concentration

The Pre-Allied Health concentration provides advanced scientific background and applied knowledge for Kinesiology majors who are interested in entering advanced graduate degree programs in Athletic Training, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, or other allied health fields. This concentration also allows the student to meet some of the prerequisite requirements for advanced graduate allied health degree programs.  Since each graduate degree program has unique prerequisite requirements, it is highly recommended for students to seek academic advising prior to declaring this concentration.

To declare the Pre-Allied Health concentration, students must have earned at least 30 units with a minimum of 3.8 cumulative GPA.
