Minoring in Child and Adolescent Studies

 

We offer two minor options, a Minor in Child and Adolescent Development and a Minor in Adolescent Development.

Minor in Child and Adolescent Development

A minor in Child and Adolescent Development requires 21 units. A minimum of 12 units of coursework for the minor must be distinct from coursework that is applied to the student's major. No more than 6 units of lower-division coursework may be applied to the minor.

Minor in Adolescent Development

A minor in Adolescent Development requires 18 units. A minimum of 12 units of coursework for the minor must be distinct from coursework that is applied to the student's major. No more than 6 units of lower-division coursework may be applied to the minor.
