The College of Health and Human Development’s ROTC military obstacle course will include a belly crawl, rope climb, swing-stop-jump, balance log and other obstacles designed to challenge participant’s strength and endurance in a fun and mentally engaging way. The course will be located on campus, between the Titan Sports Complex and the Fullerton Arboretum. It will be the only course of its kind in Orange County.
The Army-grade military course will help the ROTC program save $10,000 annually in costs related to the transportation of cadets to Camp Pendleton for training. Cal State Fullerton students, as well as members of our local community, will be able to utilize the course once complete. The course will be dedicated to former ROTC student, Roy Lopez.
