CalSWEC (Title IV-E) Program

Welcome to the CalSWEC application submission site.

In order to be eligible to apply for participation in the CalSWEC program you must have already been accepted to the MSW program at Cal State Fullerton and returned written confirmation that you will be attending.  All MSW students interested in the CalSWEC program must declare child welfare as a concentration. Those who wish to apply to the CalSWEC program as a part-time student must currently be an employee in good standing of a Public Child Welfare Services agency in California.

In order to begin the application you must use the CWID number that was issued to you after your application to the university was accepted. If you are having trouble locating your CWID number please note the following instructions:

Your CWID # should be on correspondence you have received from the Admissions & Records Office or you can find it when you log on to the CSUF website. There is a “portal log in” on the main CSUF site. After you log-in go to “My CSUF, “ you should see “Welcome your name, and “your campus wide ID” near the top on the left. Click on “your campus wide ID” and it will show you the number on a separate screen.

Please note: CalSWEC applications will not be available for submission until after you have been accepted to the MSW program.
